At the heart of Echelon’s longevity ecosystem is the Echelon Peptide Lab™ (EPL)—your entry point to cutting-edge regenerative medicine. EPL houses our proprietary Peptide protocol, a strategic and highly personalized system for cellular restoration.
Peptides are more than buzzwords—they are your body’s precision messengers. These small but powerful molecules signal your cells when to heal, how to clean out dysfunction, and how to generate sustainable energy.
Our approach begins with diagnostics—not guesswork. Through our Echelon Health Matrix™ (Assess – Reveal – Rebuild), we tailor each client’s peptide plan based on data from the HeartThreat™ Scan, comprehensive bloodwork, and biological age tests.
The foundation of our system is optimizing three critical systems:
For blood flow,
oxygenation, and longevity
For Metabolic strength
and mobility
For cognition, resilience,
and clarity
Peptides like BPC-157, TB-500, and CJC-1295/Ipamorelin plus liposomal nutraceuticals that activate AMPK and autophagy
Semax, Selank, and Dihexa to enhance cognition and sleep
Thymosin Beta-4 and BPC-157 for cardiovascular rejuvenation guided by your HeartThreat™ Scan
Peptide therapy is one of the most advanced and adaptable tools in regenerative and longevity medicine. At the Echelon Peptide Lab™, we specialize in delivering targeted peptide protocols that go far beyond “anti-aging” trends. Each peptide we use has a specific function—some accelerate healing and tissue regeneration, others restore neurotransmitter function, boost metabolism, support hormone pathways, or rebuild the cellular scaffolding that supports youth and resilience.
As we age, our bodies lose the signal clarity needed to heal efficiently. Injuries linger, inflammation becomes chronic, and recovery slows. Peptides act as cellular messengers—like clean radio signals—telling your body where to repair, what to strengthen, and how to regulate key hormones and immune functions. It’s not about overriding your biology. It’s about optimizing it.
Clients come to us for support with:
We combine peptide therapy with precise diagnostics. Our approach is guided by data from your Longevity Blood Panel, biological age markers, and the HeartThreat™ Scan—so we know what to target, how to measure progress, and how to continually refine your protocol.
Whether you’re preparing for a stem cell treatment, looking to improve your VO2 max, sleep like you used to, or protect your brain against neurodegeneration—the Echelon Peptide Lab™ builds a plan around you.
Personalized and Data-Driven It begins with diagnostics—not guesswork. Through our Echelon Health Matrix™ (Assess – Reveal – Rebuild), we tailor each client’s plan based on individualized data. We use diagnostics such as the HeartThreat™ Scan, comprehensive bloodwork, and biological age tests to inform every peptide strategy.
Targeted Regeneration Your plan is crafted from this diagnostic profile—selecting peptide therapies that “bypass” the generic and instead unlock your body’s inherent capacity for cellular repair, inflammation modulation, and system-specific optimization.

In addition to nourishing the body, I am deeply committed to helping others expand their minds and break
through their barriers to live a deeply rewarding life.
When I’m not immersed in my studies or coaching others, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors through
hiking, camping, and backpacking, or grounding and expanding myself with meditation and yoga. I also love
pushing my limits with HIIT workouts, attending concerts for inspiration and fun, and spending quality time
with friends, especially when we’re cooking up something delicious together.

exploring the Pacific Northwest.
My journey into integrative healthcare began with my mother’s health struggles and the failure of a
conventional system that only prescribed more medications. It wasn’t until she met Dr. Barney, a
Functional
Medicine doctor, that her health turned around. His holistic approach, including lab testing, custom
nutrition, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and acupuncture, transformed her life in under a year. Inspired
by
her
recovery, I pursued my studies at Bastyr University under Dr. Barney’s mentorship.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest like hiking, camping, skiing,
and
off-roading in my Jeep Rubicon. I love Mexican food and cooking healthy meals with organic
ingredients.
Family and close friends mean everything to me.
