You’ve been told your labs are “fine,” yet you still feel off—low energy, brain fog, stubborn weight, poor recovery. You’ve tried the diets, the supplements, maybe even some testing—but you’re still left guessing.
At The Echelon Center for Longevity, we don’t treat symptoms. We decode them. Our proprietary Longevity Blood Panel goes layers deeper than your average lab sheet. It reveals the upstream dysfunctions silently aging your arteries, cells, brain, and metabolism.

What Your Lab Results Reveal That Most Doctors Miss
You’ve already taken a critical first step by completing your Vascular Age Quiz. But what’s next?
This guide is your entry point to discovering the real story behind your blood—what your body has been trying to say that conventional labs may never detect.
Think of it as your personalized decoder for longevity. The numbers you’ll see aren’t just for your doctor—they’re for you. To know what’s aging you. What’s slowing you down. And what can be reversed.
Discovered a few of the key e-biomarkers we decode—then dive deeper by downloading the full PDF report for a complete analysis.
When this marker is high, it means your arteries are inflamed and irritated—like tiny paper cuts on the inside of your blood vessels. Over time, this damage makes it easier for plaque to stick and harder for blood to flow freely, especially in your brain and heart.
Think of this like the glue your body uses to clot blood. When there’s too much of it, your blood becomes thicker and stickier, raising your risk of heart attacks and strokes. It also tells us there’s a fire of inflammation happening beneath the surface.
This is your iron storage. But when it’s too high, it can turn iron into a spark for oxidative stress—damaging your cells like rust eats away at metal. We watch this closely for signs of hidden inflammation and early aging.
This sunshine vitamin does so much more than build bones. It’s the master switch for your immune system and a key to calming inflammation. When you’re low, your body can’t regulate hormones or recover well.
This is your body’s silent smoke alarm. Even if you feel fine, high CRP means your immune system is reacting to something—quietly building a storm that could lead to fatigue, fog, or disease.
These thyroid hormones are your body’s internal thermostat. They control how fast you burn fuel, how clear your brain feels, and how strong your metabolism runs. If they’re low, you feel slow.
This tells us how well your cells are “breathing” and cleaning house. When your anion gap is high, it means your cells can’t get rid of toxins or absorb nutrients properly. Imagine trying to clean your house with the windows shut—it’s stuffy, stale, and nothing flows. Lowering this number improves detox, nutrient absorption, and energy.
Our reports go far beyond a standard lab sheet with “normal” ranges. You’ll receive:
Your own 25–30 page Functional Health Report (like the one you’ll see in the program)

Because once you understand what your blood is telling you—you can finally take action that matters. Strategic, customized, and measurable.

My journey into integrative healthcare began with my mother’s health struggles and the failure of a
conventional system that only prescribed more medications. It wasn’t until she met Dr. Barney, a
Functional
Medicine doctor, that her health turned around. His holistic approach, including lab testing, custom
nutrition, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and acupuncture, transformed her life in under a year. Inspired
by
her
recovery, I pursued my studies at Bastyr University under Dr. Barney’s mentorship.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest like hiking, camping, skiing,
and
off-roading in my Jeep Rubicon. I love Mexican food and cooking healthy meals with organic
ingredients.
Family and close friends mean everything to me.
